Delete Your Sweatmates Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
- In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm your request.
- Via Email: Send an email to support@sweatmates.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Partner connections and shared data
- Fitness goals and progress history
- Photos and media you've uploaded
- App preferences and settings
What Data May Be Retained
- Transaction records: Purchase history may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for service improvement.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
